Customizing Heading Style Using Simple CSS
Add one of the above Heading Style to your Blogs, do the following,
Go to Blogger > Design > Edit HTML
Search for ]]></b:skin> (Tip:- Press Ctrl + F)
Just above ]]></b:skin> paste one of the codes below,
For Heading Style with a bottom border, use this code,

For Heading Style with a border at top and bottom, use this code,

Many Blog owners want their blog to be user friendly and want to show all the posts they have made, but unfortunately we don't have that option in blogger except for the Archives and labels, So in this tutorial we shall learn how we can add a Table of Contents which will allow our users to navigate to all other posts of our blog.
After implementing this small trick in your template it should appear as how i have added in my blog.To implement this your blog, there are 2 steps you need to follow.
Step 1. Add Table Of Contens
Login into your Blogger account
Click on Design > Edit Html
Check Expand widget Templates

The HTML code of the text box makes use of the TEXTAREA property. For the text box to be in a Blog Post,While drafting the Post, switch to “Edit HTML” mode to insert the following code. If it is to appear in the sidebar or other parts of the template, go to Template -> Page Elements -> Add a Page Element and select “HTML/JavaScript” to insert this code.
Users can input Text
The textarea Html code which allow users to input Text is this:-

The attribute cols indicates the number of bisible columns and the rows shows the number of visible rows.
